Fire Damage – Norristown Home
Fire damage to this Norristown home started with a grease fire in the kitchen. While the kitchen was the most severely damaged room of the structure, the remainder of the house had various degrees of damage and required a variety of SERVPRO services. The fire had burned through the ceiling and roof in the kitchen, so the first project we tackled was to place tarps on the roof areas that were exposed. WE also contacted a roofing contractor to repair the roof. Windows in the kitchen had been broken by the heat of the fire, and we boarded them up. The firefighting effort had left water damage, and we extracted all the water and cleaned up the damage. Once we had finished with the cleanup efforts, we proceeded to the rebuilding phase of the restoration.
